WHY DID I BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT?
I was introduced to the world of real estate at an early age, having grown up in a family of enthusiastic property speculators. My motivation to pursue a real estate career soon after graduating from Singapore Management University (Degree in Econonics, major in Real Estate and Finance） was sparked by my passion for the real estate and my observation of how my realtives' financial status have improved over time through the house upgrades, the buying and selling and process.
I believe in real estate and pondered whether my family's financial status would have improved if my parents had made real estate investments back then. How can I help others to safely invest while finding the homes of their dreams? How lovely it will be to accomplish both objectives?
While studying, I focused on commercial real estate and analysis while working for commercial real estate firms including JLL, Coliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Iras. I learnt the ability to work well under pressure, analytical skills and importance of investments. Since joining the industry, I'm pleased to share that over 50 families and investors have benefited from my assistance in finding their ideal residence or rental property.
